Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Support Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a candidate with a B.Com degree and 1-6 years of experience in a support or operations role, preferably within the IT or emerging technologies sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the technical support operations, ensuring efficient resolution of issues, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our engineering teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming support requests from engineering teams.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
- Develop and implement support processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Assist in the management of support tools and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support as needed.
- Generate reports on support metrics and performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support services.
