ETL Developer - Iron & Steel (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated ETL Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives within the Iron & Steel sector. This role requires a strong foundation in data management and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using relevant tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and optimize ETL jobs for performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data models.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data warehouse structures.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data integration and ETL.
