Ex-Serviceman Armed Security Guard (3-4 Yrs) role in Manufacturing & Production

We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Ex-Serviceman Armed Security Guard with 3-4 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production facility in Delhi. The ideal candidate will leverage their background and a B.Des degree to enhance our security protocols and contribute to a safe working environment. This role requires a strong sense of duty, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security threats.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure the safety of personnel and assets.

Operate and maintain security equipment, including surveillance systems and access control devices.

Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, following established procedures.

Conduct security checks and inspections to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Maintain accurate logs and reports of security activities, incidents, and observations.

Enforce company security policies and procedures with professionalism and authority.

Assist visitors and employees, providing directions and ensuring adherence to site regulations.

Utilize design thinking principles (from B.Des) to identify and propose innovative security solutions or improvements.
