Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Second Officer / Mate with 0-2 years of experience to join our operations team in Noida. As a Second Officer / Mate, you will be instrumental in supporting the smooth functioning of our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely dispatch of products. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic e-commerce and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and identifying discrepancies. Support the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.

Order Processing: Process incoming orders efficiently, ensuring all details are accurate and cross-referenced with inventory. Prepare necessary documentation for order fulfillment and dispatch.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods. Track shipments and proactively address any delays or issues.

Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter data into inventory management systems and other operational databases. Assist in generating reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and other operational KPIs.

Quality Control: Participate in quality checks of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and suggest practical solutions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
