Exploration and Production Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Exploration and Production Director with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about conceptualizing and bringing to life novel solutions within the banking and financial services domain. You will be instrumental in exploring new product avenues and production strategies, leveraging design thinking and user-centered methodologies to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities for new banking products and services.
- Develop innovative concepts and prototypes for financial products, services, and digital platforms, aligning with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process of new initiatives, from ideation and design to testing and launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and operations, to translate design concepts into viable business solutions.
- Apply design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Analyze production metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve existing offerings and inform future development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for product innovation and exploration within the organization.
