Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance and Accounting team as an entry-level associate. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in financial operations within the clinical research industry, who possess a 'Graduation Not Required' educational background. You will gain hands-on experience in various accounting functions, supporting the smooth financial operations of our contract research services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Help with data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Participate in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements.
- Assist in managing petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation.
- Learn and adhere to company accounting policies and procedures.
- Support in audit preparation and compliance activities as directed.
