HR Analyst - Consumer Electronics & Appliances (1-2 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical HR Analyst with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations by providing data-driven insights to enhance workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR process efficiency within the consumer electronics and appliances sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of HR analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze HR data related to recruitment, performance, compensation, and employee turnover to identify trends and patterns.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and KPIs.

Assist in workforce planning by analyzing current staffing levels and forecasting future needs.

Support the HR team in implementing new HR initiatives and policies, providing analytical support.

Conduct research on industry best practices in HR analytics and employee engagement.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR information systems.
