Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Project Manager with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for overseeing and executing financial projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning with strategic business objectives within the FinTech and Payments domain. You will leverage your analytical skills and project management expertise to drive efficiency and innovation in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of financial projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technology, product, and operations, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment among all project participants.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within financial workflows and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Utilize your BCA background to understand and integrate technological aspects of financial projects.
