We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Flight & Airport Operations team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of air cargo operations, coordinating with airlines, ground handling agencies, and customs authorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of airport logistics and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of flight operations related to cargo, including flight scheduling, load planning, and aircraft handling.
- Liaise with airline representatives, ground staff, and other airport stakeholders to ensure timely and safe operations.
- Oversee the movement of cargo within the airport premises, including receiving, dispatch, and warehousing.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor flight status and communicate any delays or disruptions to relevant parties.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation.
- Respond to operational issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
