Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Floor / Building Manager with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to oversee the operational efficiency and maintenance of our facilities in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for our employees and visitors, contributing to the smooth functioning of our furniture and furnishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Supervise and coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upkeep, and facility-related services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and implement emergency preparedness plans.
- Monitor and manage utility consumption (electricity, water) to optimize costs.
- Oversee space management and ensure efficient utilization of floor space.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs and employee well-being.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards or maintenance requirements.
