Food & Beverage Management

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our onboard food and beverage services. This role is crucial for enhancing the passenger experience and ensuring profitability within our urban transport operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service operations, inventory management, and cost control, with a B.Sc degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for onboard food and beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with passenger preferences and operational capabilities.

Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain for all food and beverage items, ensuring quality, freshness, and cost-effectiveness.

Oversee food preparation, handling, and service standards, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and profitability for the F&B division.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

Train and manage F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Conduct regular quality checks and audits of F&B operations.

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation within the F&B department.
