Job Description

Role Summary: The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the experience of visitors, stakeholders, and employees at NPCI's facilities. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, leveraging their M.Tech background to understand and facilitate technical and administrative guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and delegates, providing information and directing them to appropriate personnel or locations.
- Manage visitor logs, security clearances, and access control procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, audiovisual equipment, and catering services for internal and external meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Assist with event planning and execution, providing on-site support for guest-related activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and common spaces.
- Liaise with various departments to resolve guest-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned, including data entry, document management, and report generation.
- Utilize technological tools and systems to manage guest information and streamline service delivery.
