We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hardware & Network Project Manager with 5 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of hardware and network infrastructure projects within the power sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent financial acumen gained from an M.Com background, and the ability to manage complex technical projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for hardware and network infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and external vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement processes for hardware and network equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize financial management skills from M.Com background to track project expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure financial viability of projects.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of network hardware and systems.
