Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Hazard / Fire / Injury Prevention Officer to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and operations within the Iron & Steel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk assessment, safety protocols, and emergency response, coupled with a BBA/BBM degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, fire risks, and scenarios leading to injuries.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and training programs related to hazard, fire, and injury prevention.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage emergency response plans, including fire drills and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators.
