Head - Facilities

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Head - Facilities to oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations for our corporate offices and client sites in Mumbai. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of operational efficiency, safety regulations, and cost management within the facility management services sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, particularly in environments where pharmaceutical or healthcare-related facilities might be managed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge for specific protocols.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facilities are well-maintained, safe, and meet quality standards.
- Respond to and resolve facility-related issues and emergencies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support their facility needs and ensure seamless operations.
