Head - HR - Events / Live Entertainment (2-4 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head - HR to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 2-4 years of experience looking to grow within the vibrant Events and Live Entertainment industry. The Head - HR will be responsible for supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Support in the administration of HR policies and procedures.

Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.

Help in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
