Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic logistics and supply chain plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Analyze existing logistics processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative design-led solutions for improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and costs are optimized.
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and policy documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., claims, underwriting, IT) to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics and design thinking principles to forecast demand, manage lead times, and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics and SCM functions.
