Head - Tour Management

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Head - Tour Management to oversee and coordinate all aspects of tour logistics for our field operations team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless travel arrangements, efficient scheduling, and cost-effective management of resources for our technical and sales personnel across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of travel planning and a proactive approach to problem-solving, leveraging their BCA background to manage data and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive tour management strategies to support hardware and networking field teams.
- Manage all travel arrangements, including flights, trains, accommodation, and local transportation, ensuring adherence to company policies and budget.
- Create and optimize travel itineraries, considering project timelines, client locations, and personnel availability.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, HR) to understand tour requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses, generate reports, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Act as a point of contact for employees during their tours, providing support and resolving any travel-related issues promptly.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements (if applicable), and best practices in tour management.
- Utilize software and tools to manage bookings, track expenses, and analyze travel data for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols during tours.
