Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Health Informatics professional with 2-5 years of experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. This role involves supporting and enhancing our health informatics solutions, contributing to data analysis, system implementation, and process improvement within the healthcare sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective and efficient use of health information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of health information systems (HIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
Develop and document informatics workflows and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure data integrity and system usability.
Participate in the design and testing of new informatics solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on informatics tools and processes.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
