Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This role will focus on supporting various operational and financial aspects within our Healthcare & Life Sciences initiatives, ensuring compliance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen interest in the burgeoning healthcare sector within the Indian Railways ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for healthcare-related projects and operations.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for management review.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of financial controls and compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in procurement processes for healthcare supplies and services, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies related to healthcare services.
