Hiring: CSR Manager | Mangalore | 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CSR Manager with a background in law (LLB) to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Corporate Social Responsibility programs, ensuring alignment with company values, legal requirements, and community needs. This role requires a proactive approach to driving sustainable and impactful CSR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic CSR plans aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee the implementation of CSR projects in areas such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community development.
- Ensure compliance with The Companies Act, 2013 (Section 135) and other relevant CSR regulations.
- Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to identify community needs and project opportunities.
- Manage CSR budgets, track project expenditures, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and community partners.
- Stay abreast of evolving CSR trends, best practices, and legal requirements in India.
- Organize and coordinate CSR events, volunteer activities, and awareness campaigns.
