This role requires a blend of technical understanding, design sensibility, and strong leadership skills to manage a team and coordinate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and technical staff to ensure optimal performance of hospital facilities and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical hospital systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and medical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital standards.
• Oversee minor renovation and repair projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to design specifications.
