Recruiting for Food Safety - Engineering & Construction Team (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Food Safety professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Engineering & Construction team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline and a strong understanding of food safety principles within industrial and construction environments. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety across our project sites and associated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement food safety management systems and procedures at project sites and canteens.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI regulations).

Monitor food handling, storage, and preparation practices to prevent contamination and ensure quality.

Investigate food safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Provide training to staff on food safety best practices and hygiene standards.

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure the safety and quality of incoming food products.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and training activities.

Stay updated with the latest food safety regulations and industry trends.
