Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced Import & Export professional to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and 3-5 years of experience in managing international trade operations, focusing on import and export processes within the automotive sector. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth cross-border transactions, compliance with regulations, and optimizing logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all import and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export laws, regulations, and trade agreements of India and target countries.
- Monitor international market trends and identify opportunities for import/export growth.
- Liaise with internal departments (procurement, sales, logistics) to align import/export activities with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the shipping process.
- Assist in developing and implementing import/export strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
