Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is crucial for optimizing our product presentation and sales strategies within the BPO services sector. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate insights into actionable merchandising plans. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for service package enhancement and promotion.

Develop and implement merchandising strategies for our BPO service offerings, ensuring they align with company goals and customer needs.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective presentation of services across all touchpoints.

Monitor competitor activities and market performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.

Manage the creation and deployment of marketing collateral and sales support materials related to service merchandising.

Ensure all merchandising efforts comply with industry regulations and company policies.
