Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Naval Architect with a strong business acumen, ideally with an MBA/PGDM, to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. This role will involve applying principles of naval architecture and marine engineering to support our diverse operations, with a focus on optimizing logistics, supply chain, and specialized infrastructure related to our pharmaceutical products and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and business knowledge to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and optimize the design, construction, and maintenance of marine assets and infrastructure relevant to the company's operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Develop and implement innovative solutions for marine transportation and logistics, focusing on cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
* Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects involving marine or offshore elements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, and R&D, to integrate naval architecture principles into business strategies.
* Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes for marine-related equipment and services.
* Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the company's infrastructure and operational needs, with a particular emphasis on areas requiring specialized maritime expertise.
* Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management, clearly articulating technical concepts and their business implications.
