Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Plant / Factory Head to join our team in Guwahati. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will support the senior management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of plant operations, including production schedules, material management, and inventory control.
Support the implementation and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory guidelines.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required.
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Participate in safety training and ensure adherence to safety protocols within the plant.
Assist in managing and coordinating with third-party vendors and suppliers.
Gain exposure to various aspects of factory management, including human resources and administrative tasks.
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies under guidance.
