Urgent opening for Welding Inspector / Supervisor (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Welding Inspector / Supervisor with a unique background in Law to join our growing team in Vadodara. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in welding processes and a strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring all welding operations meet stringent quality and safety standards within our security infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Interpret welding procedures, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Supervise welding teams, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.

Review and approve welding-related documentation, including welder qualifications and material certifications.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and legal counsel to address any discrepancies or compliance issues related to welding operations.

Ensure all welding activities comply with relevant Indian legal regulations, safety standards (e.g., IS codes), and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.

Assist in the development and implementation of welding quality assurance plans.
