We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Retail Cashier with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, maintaining a secure cash drawer, and providing excellent customer service at our retail outlets. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries about products and services.

Maintain a balanced cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.

Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
