Role Summary:

This role requires a unique blend of creative design skills and strategic thinking, ideally complemented by an MBA/PGDM, to understand the business objectives behind the web presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive websites and web applications that align with Schneider Electric's brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and optimize user experience.
- Ensure consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpret marketing and business strategies to inform design decisions and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
