Housekeeping Manager / Supervisor (B.Sc Required) - Pune

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor with a B.Sc degree and 0-1 years of experience to oversee and manage the daily housekeeping operations at our manufacturing facility in Pune. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and supporting the overall efficiency of our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility, including production floors, offices, restrooms, and common areas.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met.

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.

• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Maintain records related to cleaning activities, supply usage, and staff performance.

• Respond promptly to any issues or complaints regarding housekeeping services.

• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
