Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Policy & Compliance Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the Engineering & Construction sector. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to build a career in HR compliance within a challenging and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company guidelines.

Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Support the HR team in conducting regular audits to check compliance status and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and offer letters.

Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and compliance matters.

Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations impacting the organization.
