Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Policy & Compliance professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and a meticulous approach to documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance across all HR functions.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes in accordance with policy and legal frameworks.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policy and compliance matters.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and industry best practices.
