Immediate Hire: Accounts Receivable Executive (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Executive with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is crucial for optimizing cash flow and supporting the financial health of our rapidly growing retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.

Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

Follow up with customers on overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and letters.

Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger.

Prepare and distribute monthly accounts receivable aging reports.

Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.

Maintain accurate and organized customer records.
