Role Summary:
Reliance Retail is seeking a diligent and analytical Quality Risk professional with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with product quality and operational processes across our diverse retail segments. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new and existing products, processes, and suppliers, identifying potential quality deviations and their impact.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, action plans, and preventive measures to address identified risks.
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality control procedures and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sourcing, Operations, Merchandising) to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks in the retail sector.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, mitigation progress, and quality performance for management review.
- Support internal and external audits related to quality and risk management.
