The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a strong understanding of law enforcement procedures within a corporate security context, particularly within the fast-paced beauty and personal care industry. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of our assets, personnel, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct investigations into security breaches, theft, and other irregularities within company premises.

Develop and implement security protocols and procedures tailored to the beauty and personal care retail environment.

Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective incident response.

Monitor surveillance systems and conduct patrols to deter criminal activity and ensure a secure working environment.

Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and preventive measures.

Utilize IT skills acquired through BCA to analyze data, manage security databases, and support digital forensic investigations.

Provide security awareness training to employees.
