Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager (B2B) with 2-4 years of experience to drive sales and expand our market presence in Guwahati and surrounding regions. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong aptitude for sales and a desire to build a career in the ports and logistics industry, regardless of formal degree qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory for our port and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the B2B sector.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with DP World's service offerings.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
