Immediate Hire: Yoga Instructor / Trainer (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Yoga Instructor / Trainer with a strong academic background (Doctorate/PhD) to lead our wellness programs for employees in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, and various yoga methodologies, coupled with practical experience in training and facilitating group and individual sessions. This role is crucial in promoting employee well-being, stress management, and overall health within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive yoga training programs tailored to the needs of corporate employees, incorporating various yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative).
- Conduct regular yoga sessions, workshops, and one-on-one consultations to address specific employee needs, including stress reduction, flexibility, and strength building.
- Educate participants on yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and mindfulness practices.
- Assess participants' physical conditions and limitations, providing modifications and guidance to ensure safe and effective practice.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress, session plans, and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in yoga, wellness, and corporate health.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Collaborate with the HR and Wellness departments to integrate yoga programs into the broader employee wellness strategy.
