Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate with 5-5 years of experience in creating engaging and effective learning materials. You will be responsible for designing and developing training programs that support our import and export operations, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in a dynamic global market. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and assessments, for various import and export-related training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from different departments (e.g., logistics, customs, international trade) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software to produce high-quality digital learning content.
- Develop assessment strategies and tools to measure learning effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
- Support the implementation and delivery of training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning and development offerings.
