Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interaction Designer with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) background to join our growing team in Jaipur. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our educational products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and effective for students. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-6 years of experience who can translate complex educational concepts into seamless digital interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, educators, and developers to define and implement innovative user experiences for our learning platforms.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Translate business requirements and educational objectives into user-centered design solutions.
- Ensure design consistency across all product touchpoints and platforms.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in user journeys and product usability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in UI/UX design and ed-tech.
