IPQA Officer

We are seeking an experienced and diligent IPQA Officer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intellectual property rights and quality assurance processes within a corporate environment. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and safeguarding the company's intellectual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Review and analyze quality data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit findings and quality metrics.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to relevant personnel on quality standards and IP-related matters.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality management systems.
• Collaborate with legal and R&D departments to ensure robust intellectual property protection strategies are in place and followed.
• Stay updated on relevant intellectual property laws and regulations in India and internationally.
• Manage and maintain records of IP assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Investigate and report on potential IP infringements.
