Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized Activities Coordinator to join our growing team at Studio Mumbaikar in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 3-4 years of experience in coordinating events, managing schedules, and supporting team activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage internal and external events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Develop and maintain a master calendar for all company activities and deadlines.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials.
Assist in the preparation of event materials, presentations, and reports.
Manage administrative tasks related to activities, such as budget tracking and expense reconciliation.
Support the team by organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring office supplies are adequate.
Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative company culture.
