Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer with 0-2 years of experience and a M.A. degree to join our dynamic team in Thane. This role is crucial for enhancing our manufacturing processes through the implementation and maintenance of automated systems. You will work closely with our engineering teams to design, develop, and test automation solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our automotive production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation systems for manufacturing processes.
- Support the testing and validation of automated equipment and software to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to integrate automation solutions.
- Document automation procedures, configurations, and test results.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize automation processes and reduce operational costs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation technology and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development of technical specifications and requirements for new automation projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all automation activities.
