Join our team as Harbour Master (3-5 Yrs)

You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of our online services. This position is ideal for a Bachelor of Arts graduate with 3-5 years of experience in a similar coordination or management role within the internet industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the flow of digital assets and data streams, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and implement operational procedures for data handling and digital asset management.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, legal) to resolve operational issues and implement new initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential digital disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
- Prepare reports on operational efficiency, incident management, and performance metrics.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational protocols.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and service providers as required.
