We are seeking a dedicated and organized Housekeeping Executive / Attendant with 2-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM qualification to join our facility management team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency within our premises, aligning with the stringent requirements of the medical devices industry. This role requires a blend of operational oversight and strategic planning to maintain a safe and conducive environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping schedules and procedures.
• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper maintenance.
• Coordinate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly those relevant to a medical device facility.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and budget utilization.
• Implement training programs for housekeeping staff on best practices and new cleaning technologies.
• Manage pest control and waste disposal procedures effectively.
