We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen / F&B Production professional with a strong M.Com background to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of our food and beverage production operations within the railway sector. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality control, and cost-effectiveness in our catering services, leveraging your financial acumen from your M.Com degree to contribute to the profitability and smooth functioning of our F&B division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of food and beverage production for train services and stations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement of ingredients, and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control in all production processes.
- Analyze production costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and contribute to financial reporting related to F&B operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Manage operational workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support in training and guiding junior staff in production activities.
