Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Manager Information Security with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and have a strong understanding of information security principles within the power industry. You will be instrumental in safeguarding our critical IT infrastructure and sensitive data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and contributing to the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage information security controls and policies.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NISPOM, CERT-In guidelines).
• Develop and deliver security awareness training to employees.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security into all aspects of operations.
