Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Tech/B.E. degree to join our F&B Production team in Lucknow. This role will involve supporting various aspects of kitchen operations, focusing on process improvement, quality control, and efficient production within our corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to contribute to the smooth functioning of our food services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily food production schedules.
- Monitor food quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Support inventory management and stock control processes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Participate in the implementation of new F&B initiatives and operational changes.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality checks.
- Contribute to a safe and hygienic working environment.
