Laundry Manager / Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Laundry Manager/Supervisor to oversee all laundry operations within our corporate facility in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our staff uniforms and linens, ensuring a professional environment for our TV and Radio industry operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of laundry processes, inventory management, and team supervision, coupled with a financial acumen derived from an M.Com background.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the laundry department, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of clean laundry to various departments.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards for all laundry processes and finished products.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies, detergents, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
- Develop and manage the laundry department's budget, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings, leveraging M.Com knowledge.
- Train and supervise laundry staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- Maintain laundry equipment, schedule regular maintenance, and report any malfunctions promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and hygiene standards within the laundry facility.
- Handle any guest or staff complaints related to laundry services efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their specific laundry needs and ensure timely service delivery.
