Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a production line or a team of operators.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct basic quality checks and ensure products meet specified standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Report on production output, operational issues, and team performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor operational problems and escalate significant issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
